Product exchange
Exchanges are made within 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your package. Provided that the products are in their original condition (undamaged, unworn, etc.), please contact us by email at info@neferiajwls.gr for the exchange you wish to make.
Our company informs you that earrings are excluded from the product exchange process for hygiene reasons.
 
Defective products
If you find that the product you received has a defect, you can inform us by email at info@neferiajwls.gr for problem resolution. In the case of product return and after we confirm that the fault is due to manufacturing, we will, at your request, either replace it or refund your money, which will take place within 14 days from the date we receive the product.

Product returns
If for any reason you wish to return any of the products you purchased, you have the option to do so by replacing it with another of equal or greater value, or to receive a refund by following the instructions below:
According to the consumer protection law (Law 2251/1994), you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, and it must be accompanied by the sales receipt/invoice. In this case, you will only be charged for the cost of returning the product.
Returns are accepted only when the product is in the same condition in which you received it. For this reason, it is advisable to check the condition of the products upon delivery of the order, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g., broken merchandise, wrong content, etc.).
